Dont’ have an RV? No problem. Winchester Bay RV Resort offers nine vacation cabins located right on the bay. Open your front door and step onto the one mile walking path that surrounds the entire Resort, or just unfold your lawn chair and enjoy the up close, one of a kind view these cabins have to offer.

CABIN 1 – (Chinook)

Less amenities offered in the Chinook for a ‘bring your own’ experience. The view is still one of a kind.

CABINS 3, 4, 5

  • PETS: Yes
  • SLEEPS: 4
  • FULL SERVICE: Yes

All eight new cabins are identical in layout and furnishings, however, cabins 3, 4 and 5 are pet friendly.

CABINS 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

  • PETS: No
  • SLEEPS: 4
  • FULL SERVICE: Yes

All eight cabins are identical in layout and furnishings, however, cabins 6 through 10 are NOT pet friendly.

Cabin Rules

  • CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm
  • CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am
  • CHILDREN: allowed
  • PETS: allowed
  • SMOKING: not allowed inside
  • Additional Rules: Guests of the cabins must follow the rules of the Winchester Bay RV Resort outlined in the welcome pack upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must call the office to cancel a reservation (541) 271-0287.
  • Maximum stay in the cabins is 14 consecutive days.
  • You must vacate the premises at least two days before rebooking the cabins.
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights in the summer season.
  • No minimum stay in the winter season.
  • Cancellations 7 Days before arrival:
    • 1-6 Days Booked: $40 + $10 reservation fee
    • 7-14 Days Booked: $75 + $10 reservation fee
  • Cancellations less than 7 Days before arrival:
    • 1-6 Days Booked: 1 Night + $10 reservation fee
    • 7-14 Days Booked: $150 + $10 reservation fee

Pet Policy/Deposit

  • Pet owner must obey all pet rules outlined in the Resort’s ‘Rules’.
  • Guest of the cabin is responsible for informing the Resort if a pet will be present in a cabin.
  • There is a maximum of two pets per cabin.
  • A deposit of $20 per day and per pet is required.

For your health and safety, your space must be kept clean and free of debris, electrical cords, hoses, or other items that can present a hazard to yourself and or others. Douglas County, the Port of Umpqua and Salmon Harbor Marina are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to any person while on campground property; for any lost or stolen items; or for damage to vehicles, RVs or personal property.
