RV Storage – $150 monthly
RV storage in sites 12 through 19 and sites 23 through 37 of the Winchester Bay RV Resort are available for recreational vehicles such as motor homes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers also known as sport utility RVs, gear box trailers and ramp trailers defined as fully enclosed trailers for the dual purpose of providing living quarters for sleeping and/or camping that may include, but not limited to, propane, water, flushable toilet, and sleeping accommodations.
These sites are available between October 15th through May 14th for a fee of $150.00 per month plus the full applicable daily rate when occupied. Unoccupied units are limited to 5 amps of electrical use. All said camping units must be operational and have current licenses and tags.
Fee is due upon booking.
We do not give refunds or rain checks for early departures.
Dry Storage – $60 monthly
Dry Storage is also available year-round in the Resort’s overflow parking area for a fee of $2.00 per day or $60.00 per month and a 90-day maximum storage stay.
This area is available to Resort customers with reservations at the Resort in the past three months plus a current reservation within three months after the storage period has ended.
Dry storage is available for recreational vehicles such as motor homes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers also known as sport utility RVs, gear box trailers and ramp trailers defined as fully enclosed trailers for the dual purpose of providing living quarters for sleeping and/or camping that may include, but not limited to, propane, water, toilet, port-a-potty, sleeping accommodations. In addition, the dry storage area also allows for boat trailer with boat.
*NOTE: All camping units must be operational and have current license and tags. Dry storage only! Absolutely no camping in the dry storage area. Stored recreational vehicles deemed abandoned will be towed at owner’s expense. “Deemed abandoned” is at the sole discretion of the Harbor Manager and based on these rules.
