Cabin Rules
- Cabin guests must follow the rules of the Winchester Bay RV Resort outlined on the website through the link above.
- SMOKING: not allowed inside
- Maximum stay in the cabin is 14 consecutive days
- Minimum stay of 2 nights in the summer season
- No minimum stay in the winter season
- You must vacate the premises at least two days before rebooking the cabins
Pet Policy/Deposit
- These five cabins are not pet friendly.
Cancellation Policy
- You must call the office to cancel a reservation (541) 271-0287.
- Cancellations 7 Days before arrival:
- 1-6 Days Booked: $40 + $10 reservation fee
- 7-14 Days Booked: $75 + $10 reservation fee
- Cancellations less than 7 Days before arrival:
- 1-6 Days Booked: 1 Night + $10 reservation fee
- 7-14 Days Booked: $200 + $10 reservation fee
